Job Description

• Deliver the best hiring technology products, platforms, services, and tools to drive ServiceNow’s scale 

• Hire, lead, and retain the talent acquisition engineering team for rapid solution delivery in an agile environment 

• Influence and partner with various business, IT, and product teams globally, align on needs and solutions for all personas from candidate to hiring manager to recruiter, drive the necessary changes to achieve timely results 

• Proactively balance global/local needs and integrate applications to drive business value, innovation, scale, speed, and user satisfaction 

• Build security into product engineering processes. Maintain a security risk profile and conduct regular testing and mitigation as part of the build and release cadence  

• Establish a culture that continuously strives towards best practice, measurable outcomes, and operational excellence

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• 15+ years of experience delivering technical solutions in digital experience/HR applications covering development, architecture, quality assurance, and production support 

• 5+ years of experience managing global IT teams  

• Deep knowledge of IT compliance and global regulations in data security, cyber security, and privacy 

• Demonstrable results in: 

• Translating product requirements into actionable tech roadmaps in partnership with a wide range of audiences 

• Delivering modern, integrated, innovative digital experience and cloud-based applications via agile methodologies 

• Working collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment across time zones, technologies, and functions – slicing through ambiguity and complexity 

• Strong prioritization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills 

• Strong leadership, influence, and thought leadership skills – someone who people follow and admire 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical concepts to all audiences/levels 

• Experience working with ServiceNow, Workday, and HR systems strongly preferred
