Provides diverse and confidential administrative support to the officer(s) and department staff that is technical, complex, and often confidential. Maintains schedules, supports meetings and conference calls, coordinates travel arrangements and reimbursements, files and performs other routine and complex administrative tasks. Maintains records and occasionally creates and maintains spreadsheets and databases. Assists with special assignments, as requested. Typically reports to an AVP or VP .
We are a dynamic hybrid workplace environment that requires at least 2 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides diverse and confidential administrative support to the officer(s) and department staff that is technical, complex, and often confidential.
Maintains schedule, monitors emails, supports meetings and conference calls, coordinates travel arrangements and reimbursements, files and performs other routine and complex administrative tasks. Handles confidential and routine information in accordance with information security policies and procedures.
Maintains schedule and coordinating travel itineraries and related plans for officer. Coordinates and schedules conference calls, meeting, and events for department guests. Often coordinates events and interacts with influential leaders within and outside the Bank.
Maintains records and creates and maintains status reports, charts, graphs, spreadsheets and databases, often confidential in nature. Assists with special assignments and projects, and performing other duties as assigned.
Produces high quality reports, presentations, or other documents as directed, compiling reports, researching information, and summarizing publications.
Coordinates daily, weekly or monthly reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Processes internal orders/request (facilities, travel reimbursement, office supplies, etc...). Monitors orders/requests using spreadsheets or appropriate internal system tools.
Education High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience preferred
Experience- Five to Eight years preferred
Qualifications
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)
