The work:

We are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Business Analyst to help modernize and transform business applications for our federal clients. This is a project-based, business-improvement role focused on guiding organizations toward more efficient, scalable processes within ServiceNow.

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you act as the interpreter between business stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring requirements are understood, solutions are aligned with business needs, and all parties collaborate effectively. This position is highly customer-facing and touches every part of the delivery team, making it a critical contributor to successful outcomes.

Here's what you need:

• Required Certifications:
  • ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• 2+ years experience in ServiceNow with Business Analyst experience
• 2+ years using Jira (or similar tools) to manage a backlog: user stories, features, acceptance criteria, prioritization, refinement
• 2+ years owning and managing a product roadmap, defining MVP, managing scope, and capturing functional/non-functional requirements
• 2+ years documenting as-is/to-be process flows, sequence flows, value stream maps, user personas, and other related artifacts

Eligibility requirements:

• US Citizen
• Active secret clearance preferred
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a clearance as needed

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
