About the role
Definitive Logic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Digital Transformation team. This position is contingent upon award.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
· Accountable for all aspects of the program/project over the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). · Plan, staff, budget, and direct one or more program(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers · Accountable for program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management· Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered · Prepares strategic reviews of project status with leadership · Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership · Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered· Documents Past Performance write-ups· Accountable for program growth

Required Qualifications
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Experiencing managing a large national program associated with health insurance or benefits management
- Understanding and experience with CMS, VA, IRS, IHS, and other eligibility sources
- Understanding of Medicare Part B
- Track record of standing up and operating an EPMO
- Experience in managing IT and non-IT programs and ensuring alignment
- Extremely strong executive presence and communication skills
- Deep knowledge and experience with operational and organizational transformation
- Strong performance management and measurement background
- Proven track record of leading process, operational and organizational improvement
- Track record of successful client engagements or projects with high ROI
- Knowledge and understanding of the following strategy and operational processes o Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) processes and practices o Designing and guiding teams to implement and stand up EPMO for nationwide programs o Dependency and integration management o Issues and risk management and resolution o Large-scale complex Integrated Master Scheduling and Resource Management o Ability to anticipate and head off problems and blockers o Change Management o Governance and Program Gate Reviews o Process Improvement and Process Integration o Program Reporting processes and enabling technologies o Organizational Design, Including Roles and Responsibilities o Strategic Communications o Strategy and Operational Metrics
- Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the United States Postal Service is desired but not required
- Experience with health insurance exchanges desired
