Meet the team 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

You will join the Data department organized into:

• A Data Platform Team with 5 data engineers who are ingesting large amounts of data from multiple different sources, creating and maintaining a core data model which aims at making data standardized, reliable and easily available
• A fast growing Analytics & Data Science Team with 9 Data Analysts and Scientists exploiting our data for:
  • Game Analytics
  • User Acquisition and Marketing Analytics
  • Market Inteligence Analytics
  • Ops Analytics

Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will:

• Ingest fresh data sources and perform the initial data transformation tasks for cleaning and normalization.
• Construct the data processing layers for our innovative data products.
• Own projects end to end: from problem clarification, solution design, planning, solution testing, release planning and product iteration
• Architect, implement, and ensure the scalability of our data platform to meet user demands.
• Collaborate closely with analysts and data scientists, developing tools and processes to enhance their workflows and broaden potential outcomes.

Your work will center on our ads platform, which centralizes, cleans, and enhances all user acquisition data and provides ML tools for marketing spend optimization.

Requirements

Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀

We're on the lookout for a data enthusiast eager to join a diverse team of mobile gaming aficionados. Does this sound like you?

• Educational Background: A robust academic foundation with an MSc in Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, Economy, or a related quantitative field from a leading university.
• Professional Experience: At least 4 years as a Data Engineer.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Mastery of Python, SQL, and data warehouse design & optimization
  • Experience with AWS
• Drive & Curiosity: A passion for understanding the intricacies of your tools and ensuring the solution you provide aligns seamlessly with business objectives.
• Bonus Points:
  • Prior experience in crafting ML-powered products.
  • A track record of enhancing Data Scientist workflows.
  • Experience with building optimized data pipelines processing large amounts of data (over 1 terabyte of data daily).
  • Hands-on experience with dbt, java, spark, kafka, Kubernetes, airflow
• Language Skills: Fluent English is a mandatory.
