Your Impact:

• You'll be the welcoming face of our forward-thinking client, crafting personalized experiences that leave lasting impressions. Beyond a traditional receptionist, you're a curator of workplace culture, anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and creating a genuine sense of belonging for everyone who walks through the door.
• Part-time schedule: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

What You'll Do:

• Design memorable workplace moments that elevate our client's brand and culture
• Deliver concierge-level support: recommendations, wayfinding, event assistance, mail services, and visitor management
• Build meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners
• Solve problems proactively with meticulous attention to detail

Estimated compensation for this position:

21.00 – 21.50 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
