The hardworking, diverse leaders we seek are responsible for handling an assigned sales territory, seeking $6 million in annual revenue, comprised of approximately 5 distinct markets.
Territory Managers will be challenged and empowered to:
- Handle sales within a given geography
- Consult, advise, and engage with customers to meet the needs of their business
- Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and purposeful planning
- Develop and utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics
- Grow leadership capability through ongoing comprehensive training and high-impact experiences
- Confidently discuss options and close contracts
- Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs; identify and suggest products and services that meet those needs
- Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
- Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
- Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
- Have a flexible schedule that will allow for necessary travel
- Participate in company-led events
- Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree or meaningful sales experience
- A current, valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Because Driving is required for the position, the hired candidate must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years
- Any DUI/DWI conviction in the last 3 years will immediately disqualify candidates for this position
- Candidates must be able to work full-time within the United States without sponsorship
