About the role

HelloFresh is seeking a talented and collaborative Project Manager to join our Performance and Innovation Studio in Brooklyn, NY. This role reports to the Director of Performance Innovation and will partner closely with the Brand Creative team and Growth Marketing teams to intake, organize and prioritize projects. 

Our Performance and Innovation team is focused on delivering a high output of creative assets to drive growth on our paid channels. You will need to love working in a fast paced environment and enjoy finding creative solutions to handle a large amount of creative projects at once. 

The ideal candidate will be open to building new processes that allow for agility in execution in collaboration with key teams, be able to handle a high volume of projects ensuring that all deadlines are met, and allocate resources on the team. Should be passionate about all areas of Project Management with ability to lead and drive multiple / simultaneous projects, schedule complex timelines, establish rapport and cultivate working relationships with key stakeholders, allocate resources, understand scope, aggregate feedback and data, maintain process and workflow across paid digital channels. 

You will …

  • Implement proven and innovative project management solutions to plan, manage, and complete all creative, photo, and video projects
  • Assess the priority of a creative request and successfully resource within the creative team
  • Determine key milestones and deadlines of production processes following a brief
  • Lead communication of timelines, status updates and potential risks to your project teams and leadership
  • Work closely with stakeholders, videography and creative teams to shape and understand expectations, and define scope of projects
  • Drive decision making required to ensure successful execution of projects within time constraints
  • Assist in the efficiency and organization of the production team and workflow while maintaining quality 
  • Proactively problem-solve and push work through, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and align on projects coming into your lane to forecast, resource, communicate expectations
  • Exercise critical thinking in navigating competing business interests and in navigating cross-functional processes and risk resolution
  • Assist in the maintenance and onboarding of appropriate partners and vendors
  • Give leadership project-level status updates & reporting
  • Ensure that projects launch on-time, delivering to expectation, as well as initiating and driving post-campaign assessments (post-mortem)

At a minimum, you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Management, Communications, or equivalent required
  • 5-7 years of creative / marketing project management or creative operations experience at an in-house agency; specifically, in a high volume, high efficiency, and speedy operation
  • Experience working in a project management system (eg. Wrike, Workfront, Basecamp, etc)
  • Appreciation for creative + production workflows and working with creative teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with managing 360 campaigns that involve different deliverables, such as Print and Packaging, Digital, Photo, and Video Production
  • Experience in planning and executing creative & video projects from start to finish, including the ability to handle heavy resourcing coordination
