VP of Census and Marketing

As the Vice President of Admissions, Census, and Marketing, your leadership will inspire, mentor, and drive the marketing strategy for 16 Business Development professionals who serve as the face of Heritage Hall in their respective communities. As a member of the executive team, you will also influence organization-wide decision-making in operations. Your presence in the facilities will enable close collaboration with local leadership and admissions teams and require weekly travel across the state of Virginia.

 Marketing Census Development (VP) Qualifications/Benefits:

• 5+ years of experience in nursing home, skilled nursing, and/or long-term care administration or operations
• 2+ years in healthcare sales or business development, with direct experience in admissions, marketing, or census management, and a proven track record of census growth and admissions leadership
• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Business, or a related field
• LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) license is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively and weekly across Virginia
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical, de-escalation, and problem-solving abilities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Working knowledge of CMS regulations, managed care, Medicare/Medicaid programs, and hospital referral networks
