Pay: $23.22 Per Hour

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will lead the team and be primarily responsible for the overall coordination of daily operations to ensure safe, efficient operations. You will have the opportunity to:

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
• Direct team efforts to achieve production and plant goals
• Coach and develop team members
• Allocate resources so that downtime is minimized

Ultimately, you will use your leadership skills to train and develop the team to work toward goals and ensure that we are continuously improving. Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of production experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Process expertise in bag conversion applications

Icing on the cake:

• Prior leadership experience
• Experience or training in problem solving, conflict resolution, company policy, and effective communication
