One IdentityAbout the role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Cork and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities across our EMEA region. You will manage a varied portfolio of requisitions weighted toward software engineering and technical roles, alongside a mix of G&A functions including Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.
This is an embedded, high-ownership role. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to deliver a recruitment experience that is fast, consistent and candidate-centered. You will bring both the sourcing craft to find talent that is hard to reach and the stakeholder management skills to keep complex hiring processes moving.
As part of a broader EMEA HR Team, you will work alongside HRBPs and HR Operations colleagues, with a dotted line to our global TA function, ensuring local hiring practices align with One Identity's global talent strategy.

- Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure that job advertisements reflect One Identity's employer brand and speak directly to the target candidate audience
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring all candidates receive timely communication and consistent, professional experience throughout
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, technical assessments, and hiring team debriefs, keeping processes moving efficiently and without unnecessary delay
- Prepare offer recommendations in partnership with the Finance, HRBP and Compensation teams, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity are both considered
- Own the offer process end to end, including verbal offer conversations with candidates, offer letter coordination, and support through to signed contract
- Build credibility with technical hiring managers by developing a solid working understanding of the technology landscape, role-specific requirements, and what differentiates strong candidates in each discipline
- Partner with engineering leads on Cork-based and EMEA-wide technical roles, navigating the nuances of the Irish and broader European engineering talent market

- Develop knowledge of the Irish and broader EMEA tech talent market, maintaining awareness of competitor hiring activity, salary trends, and emerging talent pools
- Represent One Identity at career events, university partnerships, and professional networking forums to build the employer brand in the Irish market
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers across EMEA business, acting as a genuine partner in their hiring decisions rather than a transactional service provider
- Provide regular, proactive pipeline updates and market intelligence to hiring managers and HR Partners, helping them make informed and timely decisions
- Coach and advise hiring managers on structured interviewing techniques, inclusive hiring practices, and how to assess candidates effectively and fairly
- Set and manage expectations with hiring managers on time-to-hire, candidate availability, and market conditions
- Escalate and resolve hiring bottlenecks quickly, identifying where a process is stalling and taking ownership of driving it forward
- Champion a consistently excellent candidate experience at every stage, reflecting One Identity's values and ensuring every candidate leaves the process with a positive impression
- Gather candidate feedback and share insights with the HR Team and hiring managers to continuously improve the interview and offer experience
- Support One Identity's employer branding efforts in the Irish and EMEA market, contributing to content, events, and initiatives that raise awareness of One Identity as a great place to build a career in identity security
