Job Summary
Responsible for systematic, procedural and operational projects for the practice.Essential Functions

Oversees, coordinates the annual performance review process (including data consolidation and visualization for patient experience, productivity, contracting, and performance standards).
Coordinates all aspects of physician and advanced practice provider recruitment with recruiting department.
Coordinates all aspects of onboarding for physicians and advanced practice providers (medical staff, Epic/Dragon/IMPAX/IT, departmental orientation, etc.).
Assists with mechanisms for monitoring of services provided and resolution of problems that arise to ensure the effective operation of throughput of the Emergency Department.
Coordinates and maintains all regulatory compliance with DHEC for APP protocols, supervising and backup supervising physicians.10%
Supports the OPPE/FPPE process for all faculty and APPs.
Supports the Clinical Operations Workgroups/EM Council (includes all medical directors, nursing directors and departmental leadership at all 7 hospitals).
Oversees and implements our Logix Health request for additional information (RAI) documentation program for all faculty physicians, to support Revenue cycle.
Supports the academic appointment process with USCSOMG.
Maintains the balanced scorecard (BSC) process for the entire departments.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Education - High School diploma or equivalent
Experience - One (1) experience working in a physician practice setting with administrative and/or operations
