Purpose of Position:
Under the general direction of the Human Resources Staffing Director, the Talent Partner Supervisor provides oversight and performs a variety of functions in support District-wide staffing processes. The Talent Partner Supervisor ensures work is completed by the HR Talent Partner team in alignment with District policies and the Employee Handbook, and provides daily leadership of activities, including but not limited to job posting, hiring, vacancy management, and workbook and surplus activities. The HR Talent Partner Supervisor serves as an internal subject matter expert on the work and practices of the HR Talent Partner team and the District’s staffing function. The HR Talent Partner Supervisor should have a growth mindset that fosters a culture of excellence, growth, and belonging.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Talent Partner Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and day-to-day leadership of the HR Talent Partner team, including hiring, training, motivating, developing, mentoring, and providing feedback and support to supervised staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Talent Partner Supervision (30%)
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR Talent Partner team.
Perform the standard work of the HR Talent Partner for assigned schools and departments.
Manage, distribute, and balance workloads among the HR Talent Partner team
Monitor compliance with approved policies and procedures, including those set forth in the Employee Handbook and other applicable Distr
