Position: Online Order and Inventory Specialist
Location: Austin, TX
Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday – Friday, 4 hours a day, with flexibility and occasional support for the Austin store.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour (based on experience), with potential for an increase
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Order and Inventory Specialist to join our team in Austin. This role will focus on managing online orders from various e-commerce platforms, handling shipping and packaging, and performing basic inventory management for around 100 products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with e-commerce experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online orders across platforms such as eBay, IG Shop, Shopify, OfferUp, etc.
- Handle product shipping and packaging, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain basic inventory management, including tracking stock levels and product availability
- Assist in taking and uploading product photos, ensuring high-quality images for listings.
- Provide occasional in-store support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar systems.
- Ability to take clear and appealing product photos.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
