The successful candidate will begin by developing expertise in Del Medical’s digital radiography and X-ray systems through technical support, training, and equipment preparation. As skills and knowledge grow, this individual will transition into installation, commissioning, and field service support of medical imaging equipment throughout North America.

What You’ll Do

Technical Support & Training


Learn and troubleshoot Del Medical X-ray and digital imaging systems.
Provide technical support to customers, distributors, dealers, and Field Service Engineers.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, software, and system-related issues.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Document troubleshooting activities and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve products.


Installation & Field Service Development


Progress into installing, configuring, and commissioning X-ray systems at healthcare facilities.
Perform mechanical assembly, electrical connections, system testing, and calibration.
Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Travel throughout North America alongside experienced engineers.


Qualifications

Preferred Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Physics, Biomechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Associate degree candidates or individuals with relevant technical experience will also be considered.

Technical Skills:


Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
