We are excited to meet you and for you to join us in shaping the future of the logistics industry in Europe.</em></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>As a (Senior) FP&amp;A Analyst, you’ll work on interesting responsibilities, collaborating closely with the Finance team to develop a strong Planning &amp; Controlling process.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and co-own the company’s corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles with focus on optimizing the short- and long-term cash and liquidity forecasting.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and key business metrics following up on our Liquidity, Working Capital evolution, and Finance Operations metrics and developing Treasury dashboards.</li> <li>Manage and support digital transformation projects aiming at automating and optimizing processes.</li> <li>Monitor local markets and cross-company operating teams’ financial performance. Analyze variances and identify and communicate actionable insights.</li> <li>Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with business leaders to become a trusted advisor and influence decision making.</li> <li>Strive to continuously improve financial mechanisms and contribute to building a top-class finance function.</li> <li>Prepare ad-hoc reports and business cases to enable optimal investment and resource allocation decision making.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full proficiency in English</li> <li>University degree in business administration, economics, engineering, finance, or a related field.</li> <li>At least 4 years of experience in a FP&amp;A department.</li> <li>Experience with implementing, running, and improving/automating financial budgeting, reporting, and controlling processes.</li> <li>Strong financial modeling skills with good accounting knowledge.</li> <li>Prior working experience with Budgeting &amp; Planning.</li> <li>Prior working experience with ERP (preferably NetSuite) software.</li> <li>Proficient Excel user</li> <li>Self-motivated, demonstrating high level of ownership and showing flexibility to be able operate in a fast-paced and changing environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with desire to dive deep and focus on the right results.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with ability to develop relationships based on trust.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>ABOUT sennder </strong></p> <p>sennder is moving trucks with the power of data to unlock endless and sustainable capacity at unparalleled quality.
