Account Manager

Account Managers are self-motivated problem-solvers who can identify complicated issues in a professional manner and discover the solution quickly and effectively. We are looking for personable, confident, fast-learning teammates who can manage their own time effectively. This is an operations-based position working with customers, contractors, and sales reps to solve problems and increase cash flow while fulfilling special requests as needed from management. This position may require availability to answer some calls, texts and emails outside of work hours.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on difficult projects and coordinate with multiple internal departments to solve the problem.
• Inbound concerns from our outside sales representatives in regard to specific customers, broad issues, complaints or problems
• Coordinate services with contractors and adjust financing of solar loans with customers and sales representatives
• Communicate and outline plans and solutions to customers.
• Monitor solar projects and identify potential timeline delays.
• Create customized reports and resources for sales reps in the field regarding the operations process.
• Provide trainings and regular updates to sales reps and managers in your market
• Act as a utility player to complete special projects as they come up
• Act as a primary point of escalation for customers

Qualifications

• Well-organized and thorough
• Excellent customer service
• Well-spoken in various situations and with high caliber individuals
• Focus and ability to self-manage
• Solar experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliability and regular attendance
• Availability outside of normal work hours
• Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
• Computer literacy
