Our capabilities include IT Talent Solutions, Data Delivery & Analytics, Cyber Security, Cloud Migration, Applications and Infrastructure, Software Development, and Finance & Accounting.</p> <p> </p></div><p>M9 Solutions is seeking a <strong>System Engineer</strong> to work <strong>remotely </strong>for a client in <strong>Los Angeles, CA.</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and situations using critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Install and configure new hardware, software, and network components.</li> <li>Collaborate with the sales team and other engineers to design and develop technical solutions.</li> <li>Provide phone, email, and in-person onsite support to a wide variety of clients.</li> <li>Mentor, coach, and train other engineers.</li> <li>Learn and work with new technologies on a constant basis.</li> <li>Complete tasks in a group as well as individually.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of applicable work experience at a Managed Service Provider.</li> <li>Proficiency with installing, configuring, and supporting the following technologies: <ul> <li>Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016</li> <li>Active Directory</li> <li>DHCP</li> <li>DNS</li> <li>Internet Information Services</li> <li>Routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks</li> <li>Microsoft Windows 7/8/10</li> <li>Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2012/2016</li> <li>Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 experience a plus.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience with installing, configuring, and supporting the following technologies: <ul> <li>Microsoft Exchange and Office 365</li> <li>Amazon Web Services (AWS)</li> <li>Microsoft Azure</li> <li>VMware 5+</li> <li>Workstation imaging development, deployment, and support</li> <li>Storage Area Networks (SANs).</li> <li>Software deployment tools.</li> <li>Line of Business applications and customizations.</li> <li>Document management systems (DMS) and tools.</li>
