Company Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Non-Commercial Sales, you will contribute to volume, share, and distribution goals by selling and implementing our national account priorities at the region level for the top Food Management Companies (FMCs) in the country. Your main responsibilities include – building customer relationships and wiring at a region level to implement national account programs and priorities, management of regional partner relationships, influencing and communicating to execute through field sales and marketing organization to drive brand programming into all outlets.
Job Description
DEVELOP REGIONAL MARKET TO DELIVER VOLUME GOALS
Distribution: Ensures all national/division/regional/unit schematics reflect our standards and FMC HQ directives relative to flow and package mix.
Promotion: Develop annual promotion schedule following FMC HQ goals. Creatively sell Red Bull standards and price points in a way that resonates with the customer's needs. Ensure all promotions are accompanied by POS and incremental displays
Quality Points of Distribution (QPOD): Customize sales pitch to achieve account goals while driving permanent displays. Evaluate Return on investment before recommending specific POS or customized solutions. Implement displays following HQSG channel guidelines
MANAGE LOCAL RELATIONSHIPS
Establish 'Wiring Model' that ensures communication with all regional customer decision makers and execution to unit level.
Establish necessary tools and business review templates to ensure our personnel are reviewing similar data with local Distributor Partners (DPs) to ensure consistency across the regions
BUDGETS/ANNUAL PLANNING
Ensure national/division/regional compliance with annual Customer Marketing Agreements from FMC HQ for all designated responsibilities
Thoroughly track and control the budgets to secure agreement on the annual BP budgets
Manage T&E spending to assigned budget
BUSINESS ANALYSIS & REVIEWS
Work with leadership to evaluate Return on investment with regards to all national/division/regional level programming and promotions
Guide post-promotion analysis following all programs to evaluate promotional effectiveness
Pursue business relationships that result in Red Bull obtaining relevant retailer scan data, basket analysis data, etc. that creates future strategy and better understanding of consumer purchase patterns
Conduct quarterly business reviews to update leadership on business, channel competition, opportunities, etc.
Provide Energy Insights that inspire change in promotion, price, or display practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years Sales and Key Account experience with a strong track record of success.
Experience implementing regional programs across multiple non-commercial segments
Experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. IRI, Nielsen)
Negotiation experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
