About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the BSA/AML Data Business Management team to partner closely with senior leadership, driving strategic planning, business operations and execution of key initiatives. This role requires someone who can influence at the executive level, bring structure to ambiguity and ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with and assist cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive business planning, financial oversight and operational execution across key priorities
- Assist with & create executive presentations, materials and strategic communications
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to leaders, often anticipating needs and driving agenda setting.
- Reporting and analysis experience analyzing data, preparing executive level reports and providing insights to management
- Resource allocation experience ensuring that personnel and budgets are effectively utilized.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams, stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams and large-scale business initiatives.
- Problem solving experience identifying and resolving operational issues and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Previous experience supporting financial crimes (BSA/AML) programs.
- Track record of process optimization and operational efficiency
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work hybrid in office schedule
- Willingness to work on-site at stated locations on job opening

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00Benefits
