THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Segment team. As a Market Intelligence Analyst at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. You will support our strategic initiatives by gathering industry intelligence, tracking competitor movements and delivering timely updates and insights - making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation. You will play a key role in ensuring our team stays informed of market trends and developments.

In this role, you will

• Conduct ongoing market research and monitor industry trends, news and developments.
• Track and analyze competitor activities, announcements, product launches, pricing, partnerships, and strategic shifts.
• Compile and summarize relevant articles, press releases and data from credible sources for internal circulation.
• Prepare regular briefs and concise reports for different stakeholders.
• Maintain databases of industry news, competitor profiles, and research materials.
• Assist in creating presentations, dashboards, and visuals to communicate findings effectively.
• Participate in internal research projects and contribute to strategic discussions.

At Kempower, we work in a hybrid model. This role is based in Finland, our offices are in Helsinki, Lahti, Tampere and Vaasa.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Previous experience from similar tasks and a relevant academic degree
• Solid Excel skills and you feel comfortable working with data and different data bases
• A sharp analytical mindset and the ability to think conceptually
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You can translate data into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with Power BI and Python, and know-how in the EV industry are considered advantages
• Strong influencing and networking skills—you know how to connect the dots and the people

As our official company language is English, proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
