Schedule: Monday to Friday, preferably 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Central Time - Texas) Total Weekly Hours: 20–30 hours per week, with potential to extend to full-time Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Funnel Specialist to support a growing vintage and classic car rental service. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize the lead funnel using Go High Level (GHL) and AI-powered tools. You’ll play a key part in nurturing leads, streamlining workflows, and helping convert prospects into loyal customers.Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage custom Go High Level (GHL) pipelines covering all six phases of the sales funnel, with a strong emphasis on renewals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement tagging strategies for form submissions.

Track and monitor all leads via GHL, designing and automating workflows for client follow-ups, lead nurturing, onboarding, and sales funnel sequences.

Engage new leads using owned content and closing tools to drive conversions and sales.

Identify workflow blockers and silos; submit improvement requests to streamline operations.

Manage client portal updates and operational tasks, including reminders, meeting scheduling, call coordination, interview setup, CRM data maintenance, and metrics tracking.

Generate and deliver reports on lead tags, intake processes, and sales funnel stages (phases 0–8), including the full 25-step renewal cycle.

Produce white-labeled reports and conduct ongoing funnel audits to support client retention and long-term growth.

Submit daily End-of-Day (EOD) work achievement reports.

Develop and manage automated email and SMS drip campaigns via CRM tools.

Create technician workflows to efficiently move projects through the 25-step build process.

Perform other related administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Proficiency in Go High Level (GHL) software and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Strong experience with CRM pipeline creation, campaign automation, and workflow management.

Skilled in digital reporting, CRM dashboards, and sales funnel performance tracking.

Ability to use project management and collaboration tools like ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, Asana, and Google Workspace.

Comfortable using design, content, and video editing tools like Canva and CapCut.

Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier and CRM systems like Pipedrive.

Experience with social media scheduling tools and basic marketing tools.

Excellent organizational and communication skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively with project managers, content creators, and finance teams.
