Your Role
The Functional Lead B2C is responsible for the delivery of all Segment-based applications that enable our Segment teams to grow their market while meeting their profitability objectives. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of the Salesforce B2C Backend for Vantive on our new platform. You will manage relationships with our B2C business partners and relevant external partners to support and create new applications to maintain and grow our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify, assess, and resolve business problems for assigned applications and processes.
Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and other IT functions on medium and large-sized system enhancements.
Define, design and document business and integration flows/processes.
Develop test scenarios/scripts and execute testing, obtaining objective evidence that meets each test.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures to standardize tasks for consistency in operations.
Help create, manage, and enforce IT Controls, validation and change control, policies, and procedures.
Manage system enhancements/releases.
Serve as product engineer for agile or SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) based project teams.
Perform tasks with minimum direction, independently manage complex problems, guide others.
Support BRM community in providing demo to Business on applications.
Integrate upcoming enabler work such as architecture, data privacy, security, regulatory and compliance into the backlog with the PM.
Leverage survey results, interviews with users and data/analytics and insights to continuously improve and scale their products and employ product strategies.
Report progress and status in terms of business and customer outcomes.
Ensure that Applications are documented and managed in all Application Inventory Systems (CMDB, Archer, Knowledge Article in Service Now, etc.)
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant field or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of experience in Information Systems, experience in multiple areas of IT, and specific expertise in Salesforce.
Prior experience with commercial products such as customer relationship management, marketing, quoting/contracting, and pricing.
Established commercial business acumen.
Technical aptitude. to convey and collaborate around the development of the desired functionality particularly with cloud applications.
Prior experience or ability to learn technical development architecture and configuration principles.
Understanding the SAFe (Agile at scale) approach is a plus.
Experience with ITSM Process; experience with Service Now or Jira (preferred).
Skills in prototyping and rapid ideation/discovery.
Ability to work with multiple geographies in a multicultural environment.
Ability and maturity to manage senior level stakeholders globally.Experience in working in regulated environments (i.e., privacy/compliance)
Design thinking awareness and prior usage strongly preferred.
