Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes for Video on Demand and Live Streaming products, focusing on the needs of business analytics and reporting.

- Troubleshoot, investigate, and analyze data issues as they arise, ensuring root causes are identified and resolved efficiently to maintain the integrity and quality of data in analytics solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, structure, and ensure data availability for analytics and reporting purposes.

- Design, build, and maintain reporting and dashboarding tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Develop and implement data models to support key business metrics and performance indicators.

- Collaborate with data scientists, business teams, and engineers to ensure data integrity and efficient data flow.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver insights that guide strategic decision-making.

- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and reporting solutions, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve system efficiency.
