About your future role

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the development of our digital payment solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, sales and business stakeholders in general, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into an end to end product proposition.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Partecipate to analysis to identify new opportunities for innovation.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in fintech and digital payments.
• Consolidate your knowledge in order to actively collaborate and lead transformation and innovation projects for our partners and customers

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Product Owner/Manager or in a similar role within fintech, banking, or digital payments.
• Strong knowledge of the main Project Management methodologies for complex initiatives  (certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus)  
• Technical & Business Acumen: Strong interest understanding of digital payment systems, and related technical solution 
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed product decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and leadership skills to align teams and drive goal success.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive and innovative approach to overcoming challenges in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

• Consultancy background or similar roles
• Interest to tech world, ability to summarize, reliability, proactivity and autonomy
• Degree in Engineering or similar
• Fluent English 
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and product delivery processes
