Job Duties
As our Customer Exp Associate, QQ, you will be part of the KONE Quick Quotes, designed to assist our Sales, Supervisors, & technicians with delivering Tenders to their Customers and is a major contributor for KONE sales revenue.
You will bring 2+ years of related experience and/or training in the field of customer service and date entry to KONE. Salesforce experience preferred. You will use the knowledge gained through your associates degree, or minimum of 2 years related experience.
Other Listed Duties:
Proficient skills in spelling, communications, and data entry.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
