This award-winning programme offers excellent career opportunities for people who have a proven track recording in combining excellent technical ability with first class interpersonal and communication skills</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Perform a variety of routine Biochemistry and Cell Biology analytical testing techniques and associated documentation; including but not limited to ELISA, PCR, Bioassays and Cell Culture, WFI testing and compendial methods in compliance with GMP requirements.</li><li>Review and approve Analytical Testing data.</li><li>Support activities including general lab readiness, audit readiness, laboratory equipment qualification and analytical method technical transfer, verification and validation.</li><li>Be part of a motivated and high performing team.</li><li>Contribute to a continuous improvement environment and bring problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.</li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to learning and personal development.</li><li>Consistently deliver on specific area Key Performance Indicators.</li><li>Operate to the highest standards of Safety, Quality and Compliance.</li><li>Provide support and subject matter expert knowledge in investigations associated with deviations</li><li>To work on own initiative and be capable of developing solutions to problems as part of a team.</li><li>To participate in the preparation of protocols and reports.</li><li>To document data as dictated by current client policies and procedures.</li><li>Meet with the client project team lead daily and provide updates</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p> </p><ul><li>A degree Degree qualification (Science/Quality/Technical) is required with a minimum of 2 years’ in the Biotechnology and/or Pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meeting established timelines.</li><li>At least 2 years’ experience preferably preferably in relation to ELISA, PCR or Bioassay Analytical Testing.</li><li>Chemistry water testing experience.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma experience preferable.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMPs</li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal</li><li>Customer focus; takes personal responsibility for speed; quality and accuracy of delivery</li><li>Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Successful track record in achieving goals as part of a team within a growing, dynamic environment</li><li>Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to support a growing organisation. </li><li>Good understanding of requirements for working in a GMP environment.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn new processes.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and to form strong working relationships with colleagues.</li><li>Ability to work in a lab environment with some supervision and be capable of developing solutions to problems as part of a team.</li><li>Willing to operate in a flexible manner and able to reuse both internal and external experiences and incorporate them into relevant improvements.
