Lead, Strategy & Operations - CashNetUSA (Hybrid)

However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>As a Lead within our Strategy &amp; Operations department, you will directly support the CashNetUSA P&amp;L and tackle projects that ensure Enova is operating at peak performance, and continuously improving to provide the best possible experience for our hardworking customers. Projects can range from short-term immediate impact projects, like automating a business process, to long term strategic initiatives, such as a new product launch. The best part? That means you can make your mark.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage initiatives that focus on driving new projects, processes improvements and customer experience enhancements.</li> <li>Own end to end projects from initial recommendation and scoping through implementation/execution and assurance of successful business impact.</li> <li>Serve as a senior resource of the S&amp;O team and be responsible for driving high impact projects.</li> <li>Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams and leaders throughout the organization.</li> <li>Anticipate bottlenecks, provide leadership around problem solving, prioritize and execute projects, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, and drive bottom line results.&nbsp;</li> <li>Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate with external partners and collaborate with internal tech development teams to ensure that projects meet business requirements.</li> <li>Run ad hoc projects that are often data intensive and require comfort with numbers to make decisions.</li> <li>Lead and mentor team members</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance. Our S&amp;O team comes from a variety of backgrounds but are successful because of their ability to problem solve and think analytically.</li> <li>MBA strongly preferred.</li> <li>8+ years of tangible work experience dealing with process improvement, management consulting or data analytics specifically in credit risk and or collections discipline.</li> <li>3+ years of SQL or similar experience using large datasets.</li> <li>Experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrate strong analytical thinking through excellent written and oral communica
