Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a passionate individual experienced in the exciting field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our talented team as a Senior RPA Manager.

As a Senior RPA Manager at Fragomen, you'll have the opportunity to drive automation technology for large-scale immigration operations, specifically utilizing StudioX, a user-friendly RPA platform. Experience must include 4-5 years designing and developing RPA systems. This role values enthusiasm, a willingness to lead, and an eagerness to drive cutting-edge automation initiatives within our organization.  You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively in an innovative environment.

How you will make a difference as a Senior RPA Manager with Fragomen:

• Liaise across legal and corporate teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.  Develop creative solutions for the legal team to automize processes.
• Oversee the direct the design, development, configuration and testing of automation workflows that mimic manual processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation solutions meet business needs.
• Document the development process, including workflow design, specifications and testing procedures.
• Create videos to demonstrate the process and efficiency of each automation.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of deployed automations including updating, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Direct quality assurance activities to validate bot performance and adherence to business requirements.
• Provide insights for process improvement.
• Be accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams.
• Provide leadership to managers and professional staff.
• Develop departmental plans, including business and/or organizational priorities.

Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology related discipline.
• Professional Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience operating at a senior level capacity. Law firm or professional services experience highly desirable.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes for automation potential.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in bot development, testing, and documentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to troubleshoot and debug issues within automation workflows.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication to collaborate effectively with team members, understand requirements, and report progress.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Willingness and ability to continue to learn new RPA tools and advancements, technologies, and best practices quickly.
• Process Improvement Mindset: Understanding of process improvement methodologies to contribute valuable insights for automation enhancements.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate processes critically and propose innovative solutions for automation.
• Basic Programming Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of programming concepts can be beneficial.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined, and structured approach to documentation and procedures.
