Director of Talent & Culture (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Director of Talent & Culture, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Developing and implementing a talent management strategy aligned with organizational goals and adaptable to evolving business needs.

  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to anticipate future capability needs and build programs that prepare Solventum’s workforce for what’s next.

  • Designing and launching talent management programs and tools including succession planning, talent assessments, and workforce planning.

  • Championing initiatives that strengthen our culture and employee experience, including acting on employee survey insights.

  • Using talent analytics to measure program effectiveness and provide insights to senior leadership.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field AND 10 years of progressive experience in HR or business functions.

  • 5 years of experience in talent management or organizational development.

  • Proven ability to design scalable talent programs that align with business objectives.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving change in a dynamic environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related discipline.

  • Experience embedding inclusion and belonging principles into talent programs.

  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.

Work Location: Remote US/Canada

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic.
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.
