Job Description
Chief Administrative Officer, Private Wealth Management
This position will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that cut across Private Wealth Management and supporting the management aspects of the business. Reports directly to the President, Private Wealth Management.
The Chief Administrative Officer, Private Wealth Management Leader will lead/manage strategic and operational initiatives such as:
- Drives PWM strategic plan and associated programs
- Lead PWM participation in bank initiatives and the execution of those initiatives for both businesses
- Continuous improvement program
- Client satisfaction metrics and measures
- Management reporting
- Driving business review processes
- In addition, the role will facilitate staff meetings, strategic offsites, employee events, represent Private Wealth Management & Affluent as needed in various corporate activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- BA or equivalent at a minimum
- 10+ years' experience, Private Wealth Management/Wealth Management experience with a major firm
- Demonstrated ability to work across groups, using an influence-based model
- Strong intellectual curiosity, demonstrated ability to learn new content; externally grounded in market trends, competitive events
- Courage to disagree; confidence to develop and defend strategic perspectives; maturity to accept alternative decisions
- Capable of articulating compelling strategies and motivating direct reports as well as indirect reports; with an ability to balance listening and advocacy to achieve desired strategic goals
- Effectively combines business acumen, sound decision-making, and a bias for action
- Capable of motivating and managing organizations or teams to deliver desired results
This role may be based out of any of the Private Wealth Management offices.
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
