Administrative and operational oversight for the CRNA program including hiring of faculty, curriculum development, accreditation requirements, and program evaluation. The candidate must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and efficiently accomplish goals.

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
1. Collaborates with college leadership, to include the Dean of Nursing and Director of the DNP program, regarding doctoral student issues and policies
2. Assumes responsibility for meeting COA accreditation requirements.
3. Prepares and administers the program’s budget, in collaboration with college leadership and financial staff.
4. Works in collaboration with the program assistant director and program faculty to ensure quality program curriculum, instruction, and programmatic evaluation in the didactic phase of the program.
5. Leads the initial and continued accreditation of the program by Council on Accreditation (COA) and Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
