THE JOB:
As a Bartender, you’ll be the face of the bar, bringing energy and expertise to every pour. From knowing the ins and outs of our menu, top-shelf liquors, craft beers, and refreshing non-alcoholic options, to keeping the bar looking its best. You'll set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience. Your welcoming smile and exceptional service will create WOW moments, turning every story and every sip into memories guests will savor long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $24.6664 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed

• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available

• Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar

• Ring beverages that are poured or served, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork

• Provide apprentice bartender and bar porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service, and bartending

• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order, including cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least one year of experience in food and beverage industry within nightclub, restaurant bar, lounge, or entertainment venue settings

• Two years of experience as bar back, bar apprentice or bartender

• Familiarity of wine, liquor, spirits, and beer varieties, including craft beer

• Experience with InfoGenesis point-of-sale system

• Prior experience working in a similar resort or high-volume setting

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
