Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Indianapolis, IN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Repair smoke and fire evacuation systems including dampers, fusible links, activators, and controls
- Assist all Building Authority departments
- Perform mechanical preventative maintenance
- Repair building alterations
- Monitor the building automation systems
- Comply with Building Authority policies procedures and safety regulations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- All PPE
- Tools for the trade
- Valid driver's license
