Work Shift: 10am-6:30pm Monday - Friday.
The Target Pay for this position is $25.87 an hour. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Job Purpose/Overview
Prepares samples, sets up instruments, runs tests and reads/interprets, and releases results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Must be proficient in at least three clinical areas
Responsible for performing tests such as Parasitology, Hematology, Chemistry and Serology
Process and prepare samples
Perform all required quality control per Quality Assurance guidelines
Train in all areas to include Specimen Processing, Chemistry, Hematology, UA, and Coagulant according to all SOP’s
Oversee the entering and releasing of results
Read UA slides at the required rate
Reconcile pending list
Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
Associates/bachelor's degree in medical technology or MLT degree in related field is preferred
Clinical laboratory experience in Hematology is preferred
