Sales Assistant

Description

 Sales Assistants at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and supporting the Sales Team to exceed their volume and margin sales goals. This position is non-exempt and requires fluency in Spanish.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greets and welcomes all visitors to our stores in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries to Sales Team Members.
• Effectively supports successful sales processes, including organizing completed paperwork, to ensure an excellent customer buying experience.
• Provides effective administrative support services for the General Manager and Sales Team.
• Manages and maintains online listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manages online social media presence, engaging with the community and promoting our brand.
• Writes, reviews, and processes internal/external communications.
• Processes incoming/outgoing mail and maintains all relevant files.
• Demonstrates timeliness and maintains an organized reception area.
• Actively participates in boat shows, store and off-site sales, and customer events.

Qualifications & Expectations:

• Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members’ objectives.
• Proves reliability and discipline by adhering to all timekeeping rules.
• Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments, and locations to ensure a seamless customer experience through the sale, financing, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat.
• Upholds customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
• Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization.
• Engages positively with all team members.
• Requires administrative skills, special events experience, and computer knowledge.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs infrequently.
• Capability for seated, stooping, and climbing activities.
