This Wait Staff opportunity is at our restaurant, One Bistro, located at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA! One Bistro is a critically acclaimed, upscale casual dining restaurant. Our restaurant's success is driven by delicious, affordable, unpretentious food made from high quality, seasonal ingredients served in an atmosphere featuring beautifully lit, contemporary décor and open-kitchen energy.

 

Shifts needed to fill in: Varies. Sundays and Mondays are required.  10AM to 5PM or 3:30pm to 11:30PM.

Responsibilities

The Wait Staff/Server's primary responsibility is to provide courteous table service to all dining room guests. Guests are welcomed and orders are taken. All courses are delivered and retrieved promptly. All meals and drinks are served to guests using proper serving techniques. Food and beverage charges are accurately recorded.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of prior wait staff experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills. Able to handle difficult situation ( i.e. disgruntled customer). Must be personable, friendly and provide excellent customer service. Professional posture.

The hiring range for this position is $7.60 to $9.50 per hour plus tips. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
