None/Not RequiredAs a strategic partner within the Mission Systems Supply Chain organization, the Manager, Supply Chain Contracts plays a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination and execution of supply chain contract matters. This position oversees a dynamic portfolio of supplier contracts, collaborating with key business partners to align terms and conditions negotiations with policies and long-term business goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on both the operational and legal aspects of supply chain contracts, all while contributing to the overall success of Mission Systems' objectives. What You Will Do:
- Conducts contract negotiation, contract administration, and supply chain contract activities to ensure contract execution and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
- Reviews contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policies, government and commercial specifications and other requirements
- Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed through development of unique contract terms and conditions
- Briefs team leader and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations
- Manages small- to medium-sized projects.
- Track and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness
- Represents the organization on legal issues concerning contract matters
- Provides legal advice on contractual matters and contract administration

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Juris Doctorate
- Experience in USG contracting
