About the role

Essential Job Duties: 

  1. Allocates and monitors resources to implement the unit patient care delivery model to achieve world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes. 

  1. Performs patient assessments in a systematic and organized manner to provide high quality and safe outcomes. 

  1. Provides direction and collaborates with team members to support a healthy work environment. 

  1. Analyzes collected data to formulate and implement a plan of care that contributes to high quality and safe outcomes consistent with world class performance levels. 

  1. Evaluates the plan of care with the patient and family/support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes. 

  1. Assists with and/or facilitates resolution or management of customer issues/concerns/comments. 

  1. Contributes to a high-performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills. 

  1. Apply for nursing council or committee and be vested on one council at least every 5 years.  80% attendance in person or by phone is required.  Advancements in Clinical Ladder will be reflected in yearly application process and is expected for job performance standards. 

 Secondary Job Duties: 

  1. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. 

 

 Minimum Qualifications: 

Education -- Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. 

Experience -- One year of nursing experience; specialty certification preferred. 

Reports to: Nurse Manager and/or Director
