About the Role:
The Senior Manager of Strategic Finance (FP&A) will support the Senior Director of FP&A, in driving R2Net's strategic and financial vision, business partnering for support teams, planning for the future and bringing valuable insights to the table to improve strategic decision making. This role will act as one of the key Support contacts for Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. The FP&A team seeks to increase shareholder value for R2Net by setting and supporting delivery of challenging financial and non-financial targets within an effective financial environment. The Financial Planning and Analysis team works directly with the Management Team (primarily the CFO) to set a strategic vision for the organization that maximizes our topline and profit growth potential. By working cross-functionally with the commercial, operations, finance, and HR teams, the Financial Planning and Analysis Team helps build alignment across all elements of the business to drive effective business decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Director of FP&A with the overall planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of financial performance. (Budget, Forecast, Strategic Planning) over the total R2Net end to PL.
- Lead the consolidation of the strategic storyline, and total business performance reporting, acting as the single source of truth and voice of performance reporting for the entity.
- Provide and manage CAPEX planning with key C-suite members.
- Lead the development of key business performance reports and respective governance processes.
- Act as key business partner to Human Resources (people), Finance, IT, and Product.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance over transformation strategies.
- Provide key support to C-suite over strategic priorities and governance, and respective tracking.
- Drive governance and process around Annual Planning, integrating driver-based insights
- Develop of Tableau financial reports, bringing in additional insights, and driving actions from the analysis.
- Facilitate ad-hoc and cross-functional strategic and operational projects and execute strategic projects independently and with Business leaders
- Analyze financial performance vs. plans and forecasts, offering insights and analysis in any gaps in performance
- Analyze market share and trends and performing competitive market analysis, bring consistent and clear messaging to the organization.
- Play a key role in developing competitive financial modeling capabilities.
- Assist in setting up and improving financial models, processes and reporting for new planning processes and requirements
- Oversee various elements of the Support functions budgets, monitoring actual cost development vs. forecasts and providing early warnings on deviations. Present results to the Support functions Management Teams, particularly HR
- Provide key support and leadership in ongoing strategic initiatives and projects.
- Create and drive cost efficiency analysis and execution, focused on areas of cost and value. This will include reporting of savings initiatives.
- Build presentations for key stakeholders, including the R2Net Leadership Team, covering deep dives on performance
- Move the group forward on data transformation initiatives where applicable. This includes data management and reporting, as well as assistance in pulling detailed reports for analysis.
