Job Summary

This position is responsible for identifying employee health and wellness needs throughout HCSC and developing and delivering programs to meet those needs. Leads/assists in the development, communication, and delivery of wellness programs, and participates in the ongoing management of those programs. This position may be assigned responsibility/greater focus on one specific wellness plan or HCSC division while providing support to the greater organization. Ability to travel.

This position is HYBRID (3 days in office)

Registered Dietitian required

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum of 5 years experience in health education or health promotion

• Clear and concise  verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills

• Project management

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to travel 

 

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Dietitian required

• Masters Degree in Public Health,

• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential
