What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations

• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for residents, working closely with healthcare providers and families

• Arrange transportation for residents to and from appointments, ensuring safety and timeliness

• Communicate with internal departments (nursing, therapy, administration) to ensure seamless care

• Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for residents and their families regarding appointments and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care

• Familiarity with medical records systems and scheduling software

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm and caring attitude

• A team player who takes initiative and brings a positive energy to work each day
