The Manager, Editorial Performance will build and track connections between on- and off-platform promotion to create a holistic but actionable approach to improve customer journeys, content discovery, subscriber growth and retention. They will also be an integral part of developing, refining, and disseminating A/B testing processes and insights.

The successful candidate for this role will bring a well-informed perspective of how streaming video audiences are evolving, possess a knack for identifying drivers of behavior at a cohort level, and have an aptitude for deriving and presenting data-driven insights across content types. In coordination with Product, Data, Marketing and Content leadership, the Manager, Editorial Performance will ultimately play a role in building and shaping the audience of the industry's most innovative new streaming service.


Responsibilities:

  • Report on key performance indicators that provide visibility into the health of the business, including developing and standardizing methodologies and creating ad hoc reports for the Editorial team
  • Work with data team to create and maintain editorial dashboards, making improvements to ensure insights are actionable
  • Lead specific editorial experiments and A/B tests across teams and the diverse Peacock content catalog
  • Partner with product and data team counterparts to understand impacts of testing across the entire platform
  • Ensure successful execution of editorial testing and new editorial strategies

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in digital content, programming a large-scale editorial, e-commerce or video service.
  • 1+ years’ experience in analytics and measurement supporting a marketing or content organization
  • A deep understanding of analytics and hands-on experience with data tools specifically Adobe Analytics, mParticle, BigQuery, Amplitude and visualization tools like Domo and Tableau, as well as understanding of product tagging and governance.
  • Demonstrated experience with analyzing data to make editorial and content recommendations (previous experience with A/B testing preferred)
  • Hands-on management of daily app and site operations, including building content on a CMS platform
  • Familiarity with data visualization software like Tableau or DOMO

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 (Bonus Eligible)
