About the Opportunity
In this role, you’ll work as a key contributor on Worldly’s Partnerships Team to drive the development and management of strategic partnerships aligned with the Growth and Partnerships teams’ revenue-generating objectives and initiatives, supporting programs that enhance Worldly’s platform for brands, retailers, and manufacturers. Our partners span innovative software startups, multinational service providers, impact-driven NGOs, and more – playing a crucial role in our growth strategy and broader market expansion. This role reports to the Manager of Partnerships & Strategic Initiatives.
What You’ll Do
As a Partnerships Associate, you will support existing partnerships while identifying and developing new strategic opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
Identify, research, and evaluate potential partners, including software providers, service firms, NGOs, and other strategic organizations.
Actively source, vet, and engage potential partners, leading introductory discussions and evaluating partnership fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations, and represent Worldly in meetings and negotiations.
Take on ownership of a defined portfolio of partners and programs, driving strategic execution contributing to Worldly’s long-term growth, innovation, and industry leadership.
Assist in the implementation and management of strategic partnerships, ensuring smooth execution of joint initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Marketing, and other key teams to drive successful partner integrations and maximize value delivery.
Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to partners, ensuring seamless adoption and understanding of Worldly’s tools and solutions.
Develop and maintain structured documentation, dashboards, and reports to assess and track partnership success, revenue impacts, and adoption metrics, and report out to senior leadership.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of Worldly’s partnerships framework.
Support Partnerships leadership in the development of partnership strategies, business cases, and initiatives that align with Worldly’s business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
We’d Like to See
We’re seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven, and analytical professional with the following qualifications:
A degree in Business, Technology, Sustainability or related field is preferred.
1-2 years of professional experience, ideally within a technology/SaaS organization or related B2B environment.
Prior experience collaborating closely with teammates in a remote work environment.
Strong communication skills (both oral and written) to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with experience evaluating success metrics and using data to inform decisions.
Familiarity with CRM and project management tools to track and manage multiple partnerships effectively.
Ability to train and support partners through demos, user training, and implementation.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward.
Creative problem solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects.
