Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately check incoming product from vendor
• Check accuracy of purchase orders against invoices and report discrepancies
• Keep products organized on the dock for each location for outgoing deliveries and directs staff for deliveries
• Work with GTLC departments and 3rd party tenants on product movement to location daily
• Direct staff out of the loading dock to location accurately and efficiently
• Accurately fill transfers
• Oversee cleanliness of work area including loading dock, walk-ins, vehicles, Kubota, walkways around the loading dock and vehicle parking spaces, includes throwing out trash, dumping dirty oil from locations
• Train incoming employees
• Run safety meetings
• Communicate with night crew on outgoing product to be delivered to locations
• Oversee weekly vehicle inspections and communicate with vehicle maintenance
• Assist with Special Event groups with check-in and movement of product and equipment going in and out of the resort
• Assist the purchaser with the return of product that is damaged or mis-shipped
• Effectively and safely load, push and pull pallets
• Oversee the pick-up of empty kegs, crates, dirty linens and pallets from location to dock and organize in back area of dock
• Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

• Valid Drivers license and record that complies with Vail Resorts driving policies

• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to work continuously lifting up 75lbs throughout 8+ hour period
• Available all days of the week
