Description
SUMMARY
The Associate Specialist, Programmatic is responsible for executing effective programmatic strategies across the agency’s client base. This individual will have experience with campaign management, programmatic strategy, and has worked hands-on in self-serve DSP’s. They possess knowledge of ad serving technology and an emerging understanding of supply chain partnerships in the programmatic ecosystem. This individual has experience executing campaigns that include online display, video, and audio, preferably in an agency environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Day-to day management of assigned programmatic media campaigns
- With support from senior resources, track programmatic campaigns performance and optimize with respect to pacing, bid management, audience analysis, landing page and creative testing, placement and performance based on measurement framework, documenting changes and learnings
- Responsible for assisting with monthly forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks
- Responsible for QA of programmatic campaigns for a select set of clients
- Helps in developing programmatic strategies and plans for new and existing clients
- Collaborates with the specialists, analytics and account service teams to identify new opportunities in the programmatic space for current and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal team and external partners to assist in negotiation and implementation of Private Marketplace and Programmatic Guaranteed deals
- Works with senior resources, assisting in establishing organization-wide programmatic media best practices, guidelines, objectives and standards associated with programmatic campaigns
- Seeks opportunities to contribute to thought leadership material (blog posts, white papers, speaking opportunities, etc.)
- Assists with evaluation of programmatic media partners, technology and platforms
- Actively learning about programmatic media tools, channels, applications, and strategies
- Actively learning how to analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
- Responsible for maintenance of process documentation ensuring it’s kept up to date
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent work experience
- EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 2 years of experience managing campaigns in the programmatic ecosystem. Experience in strategic planning and applied experience of bringing plans to execution. Proven track record in operating with a high-level of integrity, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a challenging role with cross-functional commitments.
