What You Will Do 

·         Lead and supervise the Calciner, Calciner Helper, Ultra Operator, and Densite® Operator teams to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives.

·         Partner with Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

·         Champion change management initiatives that improve operational efficiency, employee engagement, and business results.

·         Apply PBM® principles to foster an empowered, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

·         Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management while promoting ownership and accountability.

·         Drive a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence through leadership, teamwork, and individual accountability.

·         Oversee employee training, maintain training documentation, and ensure training trackers and qualification check sheets remain current.

·         Address performance and operational challenges using critical thinking, collaboration, and sound economic decision-making to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.
