Job Summary

***This is a hybrid opportunity that will work from the office 3 days a week. Must live in a commutable distance to the listed office.***


This Position Is Responsible For Providing The Strategic Oversight To complex Projects and implementations In Executing The Marketing Strategy For IFM, Medicare, and Medicaid. Provide Leadership And Consulting Services To Internal Areas In Defining Program And Scope Including Target Markets, Goals And Objectives, Costs And Fit With Overall Strategy. Manages complex projects utilizing direct channels including internet, direct mail, advertising and multi-media that attract and retain individual members. Manage projects To Ensure Project Deliverables Are Successfully Completed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree and four years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR six years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR a Masters Degree and three years of experience.

• Experience presenting in front of an audience and group facilitation.

• Experience interacting with members of multiple departments and levels.

• Experience leading and mentoring staff.

• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and industry trends.

• Experience interpreting business and financial information.

• Experience managing multiple projects.

• Verbal and written communication and organization skills.

• Consensus building and conflict management skills.

• PC proficiency to include MS Office products.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Master's degree

• Experience in direct marketing activities.

• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.

• Product implementation experience

• UAT experience
