Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Outpatient
Pelham, AL

Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient team in Pelham, Alabama. This full-time role offers a predictable weekday schedule, light call requirements, and strong earning potential in a supportive clinical setting.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient psychiatry 
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule 
• Limited call: 1 night per week + 1 weekend per month

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management 
• Maintain a consistent outpatient panel 
• Collaborate with therapists and psychiatrists for coordinated care 
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

•  Active PMHNP license (or ability to obtain in Alabama) 
• DEA license required 
• Prior outpatient psychiatry experience preferred 
• Strong clinical and communication skills
