About the Role

Provide leadership for those involved in one or more information systems function, e.g., development, design and optimization, implementation and/or maintenance of technical information systems platforms for a specific user group or organizational unit.

What you will be doing:

• We are looking to strengthen our innovative Platform Service Delivery team with a System Manager, specifically:

• Will manage a team of Site Reliability Engineers to achieve and maintain high quality of service

• Will Support 24x7 Operations

• Will Handle Incidents and drive Problem Root Cause

• Will be hands on  in implementing SRE best practices to improve reliability and consistent delivery of quality in service  

What you bring:

• Skilled at working cross-functionally to achieve results

• Passion for automation and Strong philosophy for continuous improvement

• Strong Sense of Ownership to identify issues and resolve root causes

• Ability to encourage and foster a culture of visibility and transparency across teams

• Experience in IT Systems and Infrastructure as a managed service

• Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills 

Added bonus if you have:

• Self-starter with previous Lead or manager experience

• Hands on experience in developing and implementing production monitoring  

• Experience and good understanding Networking

• Hands on Unix Shell Scripting, Perl/Python programming experience

• General Knowledge of Trends in Payments Processing Industry like RTP, ACH and Wires
